FAQ

Our helpdesk is based on the principle of guaranteed response times. For example, we will process an emergency system down ticket with a higher priority than a non-emergency request. Our ticketing system creates tickets received by email or directly in the 24/7 support portal. A ticket is created when a user calls our business line during business hours. Calls received after business hours are usually answered the next business day. Customers with a turnkey service level will have a special contact number giving them access to a technical specialist available 24/7.

We place great importance on work-life balance and place great importance on the health and well-being of our team. We may run scheduled jobs outside office hours, but we try to keep them to a minimum. We can respond to emergencies outside opening hours, but we do not guarantee it. On-site service calls are based on a service level agreement of business hours by region.

Intelair has been operating in Quebec since 2008, founded by Jonathan Zencovich. As new clients entrusted us with their projects, we began to establish long-term relationships with local businesses. Through strategic acquisitions, we were able to open markets across Canada and today we serve customers in 5 Canadian provinces and several US states.
